Can I edit my order?

Once an order is placed and our eatery partner starts preparing your food, you cannot edit the order. This helps us stay committed to our mission of reducing food wastage.

We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order is not placed to the eatery since. Please note that we will have a right to charge a cancellation equivalent to full order value to compensate our eatery partners if your order has been confirmed. We ensure the surplus food finds a taker to reduce food wastage and request you to keep that in mind before cancelling your orders.

The quality or quantity of the food is the sole responsibility of the restaurant or eatery you order food from. If you do come across food that doesn’t meet your expectations, we request you to share your valuable feedback with us. This will help us to serve our customers better and make saving food more convenient.

The limited items uploaded by our eatery partners is basis availability which is regularly updated by them. Never miss out on updates from your most loved eateries by adding them to your favourites. Just browse to your favourite eatery on the app and tap the heart button on the top-right. Now you'll get all the notifications from the restaurant. You can add as many restaurants you want to your favourite.

We have no minimum order value and you are free to rescue any amount of food.

At SaveEat we are transparent with everything, including our pricing and charges. We only charge a 2% “SaveEat Fee” that is displayed to you before checkout. The charges are nominal and significantly less than what other food aggregators charge.

Our eatery partners usually take a minimum of 30 minutes to prepare "Pick-up now" orders. We advise you to plan your visit to the eatery basis the pop-up updates that track your food journey at the eatery just in case your order takes longer than usual to prepare.

The inventory uploaded on SaveEat for discounted items are limited to the quantities displayed by the respective eateries, but you are free to place an order on full price items. We do recommend to choose a pick-up later option to allow our partners time to prepare the food.

Yes, SaveEat app allows you to order in advance basis the availability of the items and the opening hours of the eatery. Our “Pick-Up Later” option is valid only on items that can be picked up later which can be easily selected during checkout.
